Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier - just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button under each product. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Switch, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged for until they are shipped.

We will email you advising the goods have been dispatched.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
At present we only ship to mainland United Kingdom. Please contact us for a seperate quote for an overseas delivery. Prices and delivery times will be advised on a pro-rata basis.

We aim to dispatch your order within 3-4 business days, usually sooner. Once your order has been collated, checked and ready for shipping we wil email you advising of the dispatch date. Your order will be sent by 'next day' delivery courier and a signature will be required upon delivery. A standard £7.50 plus VAT charge will be added to the Invoice total.

For smaller items it may be posssible to dispatch these items to you using Royal Mail recorded delivery. Please note that a signature will also be required when using this service. Please contact us in advance of placing your order to discuss this option. Thank you.

IN ALL CASES OUR COURIERS ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS SUCH AS "PLEASE LEAVE IN PORCH IF OUT" ETC. A SIGNATURE AS PROOF OF DELIVERY IS ALWAYS REQUIRED. PLEASE SELECT THE OPTION OF AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS IF YOU WILL NOT BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR YOUR ORDER.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally dispatch your order to you within 7-10 business days but please note the extended delivery times on some of the hand manufactured products. Details of these longer delivery times are specified on the individual product concerned.

If any items are out of stock we will contact you by email to discuss the anticipated delivery schedule and to, of course, offer you the option of cancellation.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
VAT is charges at 17.5%.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed for twelve months from date of dispatch.

detail plus do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
As a family run business we care about your satisfaction and understand the dissapointment of possibly receiving damaged, faulty or incorrect items. To this end we personally check every product for quantity and quality to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that any goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect we will exchange the product at our expense including any courier / delivery charges. Please email (sales@detailplus.co.uk) within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery and we will arrange for the replacement goods to be delivered and the incorrect items collected.

If you are not satisfied with the products for any other reason you may return them to us at your expense within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding delivery / courier charges.) Refunds will be made by crediting your Switch / Debit Card within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods. If you are exchanging goods please note that delivery charges are applicable on forwarding you the alternative items.

To obtain this refund all we require is for the products to be returned to us unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please therefore take care when unpackaging the items originally. Thank you.

HOW TO ARRANGE THE RETURN OF GOODS:

Please email (sales@detailplus.co.uk) or telephone (020 8878 1592) to arrange the issue of a Goods Return Note. We will either email or post (your preference) this document to you by return. Telephone contact for returns are available weekdays only from 10.00am - 5.00pm.

Please note that goods cannot be returned to us without this document.
